What made this event special? Here’s what stood out:
🚀 AI in Action: The discussion around AI, especially GenAI, emphasized that it’s time for Legal Operations to get hands-on and actively drive this transformation. No more just talking – it's all about implementation.
🎤 Highlights from the Keynote: Nancy Rademaker shared compelling insights on how customer and human centricity play a critical role, especially in today’s AI-driven world.
🌍 The international vibe: With participants and vendors traveling from all over, the event had a unique mix of expertise and approachability. The Legal Ops community is just undeniably cool – a truly global network coming together with openness and insight.
🧩 Legal Hacks Series: Alisha had the chance to participate in the “Legal Hacks” series, where she introduced Design Thinking as an essential skill for the modern Legal Ops professional.
🎧 Podcast Recording with Lewis Bretts: Alisha also joined Lewis Bretts from PwC to record an upcoming CLOC podcast episode, diving into – you guessed it – Legal Design! Looking forward to the release!
