"Legal Design as an Academic Discipline" – Workshop
Updated: Apr 25, 2019
Today, we presented our latest research paper “The need for a Legal Design metatheory for the emergence of change in the creative legal society” at the workshop “Legal Design as Academic Discipline: Foundations, Methodology, Applications”. The full-day workshop was co-located with JURIX, the 31st international conference on Legal Knowledge and Information Systems and took place in Groningen, Netherlands.
We were very honored to have the opportunity to share our take on the theroretical foundations of Legal Design alongside wonderful Margaret Hagan, who talked about “The Research Methods of Legal Design: A Theory of Change and Set of Methods to Craft a Human-Centered Legal System”.
